Texas judge blocks FBI's webcam-controlling malware (for now...)

"...[I]t's worth noting that the judge's jurisdiction is just the South District of Texas, and another of Smith's reasons was that he could not justifiably issue a warrant on a computer that could be outside of that area. A federal judge may have fewer qualms with that issue."

A Texas judge has blocked the FBI from installing malware on a laptop that would have been able to take over its webcam.

This kind of malware is extremely common elsewhere on the web, of course, but that's the kind of nefarious, underhand tactic you'd expect from scammers, or even just perverts wanting to spy on women undressing. But the FBI is apparently learning from these techniques, and it wants to install similar malware on the computer of an unknown person they suspect of being guilty of fraud so they can track him down...

COMMON CORE: A TROJAN HORSE FOR EDUCATION REFORM

“Race to the Top Assessments,” which will take place in 2014, when all
the computer software is in place to test the minds of the nation’s children
to see how well Common Core (CC) has been sufficiently taught. The test
will be given online, as are most of the lessons preparing for it.

CC pretends to be a benign “State” program, State-written and controlled.
It is touted as being “more rigorous” and will “better prepare students for
college and the workplace.” However, none of the above is true.

CC is really a deceptive Trojan Horse, a national program, written by a
national cartel, supported by President Obama and the Federal Department of Education.

It is imposing nationalstandards and curriculum on all of the 46 States
that have signed onto it. [Texas, Alaska, Nebraska, and Virginia have refused it.
Minnesota has adopted part of it – not the math.]

CC is not improving education standards but is dumbing them down...

Government Officials Can Still Own Assault Weapons Under Feinstein Bill

Not everyone is exempted from owning military-style assault weapons under new legislation proposed by U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

Weapons used by government officials and law enforcement will not be prohibited by the law proposed by the California Democrat, which would prohibit the sale, manufacture and importation of 158 specifically named semi-automatic weapons and ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. Any weapons legally owned before the bill’s enactment would also be exempt, although those firearms would have to be registered in a national database.

In addition, more than 2,200 types of hunting and sporting rifles and manually operated firearms would also be exempt.

The ambitious measure seeks to reinstate and expand the federal ban on assault weapons that expired in 2004. While gun control restrictions -- typically extremely unpopular -- have floundered in Congress in recent years, there has been a renewed push for tighter regulations....

Gun Rights and the Myth of a “Nearing” Tyranny

In my previous post on guns, I noted that the second amendment protected, not created, all rights to bear arms because of the mindset that the people, not the State, should have the power. Arms are protected in the Constitution, not to hunt or protect from petty criminals, but rather to protect against another “King George.”

Many in the liberty or “pro-gun” movement decently understand this principle. That a disarmed people are an enslaved people. But when they vocalize their perspective they make a simple mistake that I think ought to be eradicated from the libertarian or constitutional conservative message. This mistake, for example, was exemplified during an exchange between the slimy leftist Piers Morgan and his guest Ben Shapiro. Start at minute 4:00 and stop at 4:05.


As you saw, Shapiro’s response to Morgan’s ridiculous question was this: “I fear the possibility of a tyranny rising in this country in the next 50 to 100 years.”  With all respect to Mr. Shapiro for engaging with the establishment hack Piers Morgan, his fear is wrongly centered on some future event in which tyranny has, at long last, come to the United States.

Tyranny, my friends, is indeed a relative term.  For while it is true that Obama has not murdered the Jewish population in his country such as Hitler has done, how can Obama’s presidency not be tyrannical when those brave Old Right and early libertarian individuals protested the rise of the Executive and cried out against Roosevelt, Wilson, and FDR?  For have not Bush and Obama continued the horrendous policies of the progressive era? ...

Senate delivers fatal end-of-term blow to Constitution

In one of the final acts of the 112th Congress, the U.S. Senate dealt a fatal blow to the U.S. Constitution by passing President Obama’s National Defense Authorization Act for 2013, which contains the same illegal detention of U.S. citizens as its 2012 predecessor, and defeating amendments to and enacting Texas Republican Representative Lamar Smith’s House Resolution 5949, the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2012.

HR 5949 keeps the warrantless surveillance authority imposed by the Bush-Cheney administration under the FISA Amendments Act of 2008—the National Security Agency’s operation STELLAR WIND—in place. With the Obama administration forcing through the reauthorization of STELLAR WIND, illegal wiretapping by NSA of American citizens’ phone calls, emails, faxes, telexes, social networking instant messages (IMs) and short message services (SMSs), Voice-Over-IP (VOIP), and files contained in cloud storage can now be called Obama’s illegal surveillance program.

Obama was required by NSA to seek STELLAR WIND’s reauthorization because NSA requires congressional cover for the launching of the most massive eavesdropping and storage program in the history of the world. NSA will soon be storing every form of electronic communication sent and received by U.S. citizens at its $1.5 billion Utah Data Center located within the Camp Williams Utah National Guard base near Bluffdale, Utah. The NSA will be combining its signals intelligence functions as NSA/Central Security Service with its computer intelligence and information functions as part of its U.S. Cyber Command responsibilities under the aegis of a program known as the Community Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative Data Center that will deploy the NSA’s follow-on to its post-9/11 data mining program, the Novel Intelligence from Massive Data (NIMD). With its new powers granted by Congress, NSA has become the most intrusive intelligence agency in the world today...

THE LUCIFERIAN ELITE AND THE DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA

Everything you see happening around you is not the product of random chance. Millions have been brainwashed into not seeing the obvious, that the destruction of America is a planned event that was conceived before 1776. Sir Francis Bacon, a Rosicrucian, planned for America to be the New Atlantis and the center of the New World Order before America became a nation.

At the beginning of our nation we had a clash of worldviews. Many of our Founding Fathers had, to varying degrees, a Biblical world view. Others were Deists and many were part of the secretive Illuminati. The Rosicrucian movement traces its roots all the way back to a Nephilim leader called Nimrod and the Tower of Babel. The Tower of Babel in Babylon was to be the capitol of the first one world government, one world economic system and one world religion. The Tower of Babel was built to worship the host of heaven who were star gods… fallen angels who had come from the stars. It was the fountainhead of all the mystery and Luciferian religions.

The purpose of Nimrod building the Tower of Babel was to construct a stairway or gateway to heaven. Nimrod wanted to be like God. The Tower of Babel was literally a stairway to the stars, a way to enter the dimension that God inhabited. The purpose of the tower along with what are called stargates is to create something like a wormhole or portal, where the gods from the stars (the fallen angels,) would pass through.

Nimrod had access to highly advanced scientific knowledge, which was apparently passed on by these god-men from the stars, which flourished before the Flood of Noah and was used to build entire advanced civilizations like Atlantis and Thule. God judged Babylon because He understood their real motive was to be become gods...

Gun Confiscation – Last Refuge of the Tyrant

Few polarizing subjects are more hotly debated than gun control.

Usually lost in the fray of emotional diatribes to ban guns, are the historic empirical foundations of our forefathers who fought a revolution to escape from imperial tyranny.

The true reality in today’s AmeriKa is that individual liberty is the most despised activity that any citizen can exert in their lives.

Both the popular state worship culture and the authoritarian hoodlums that run the government are so fearful of armed independent citizens, that they are eager to burn the Bill of Rights.

Face it, the government is committed to force you to be a ward of the state and will kill you if you resist...
